Pathic service from Skynet worldwide. Not a courier service I will ever use after the **** service they provided.

Pathetic service from Skynet they did not inform me about a parcel that was received on the 11 September 2025 already.They did not phone me to confirm whether my address details are correct & by when they will deliver the parcel. I made contact with Skynet spoke with Joy who advised me that my parcel will be delivered the next day. I made contact the next day and spoke with Ayanda who advised me my parcel was returned to Pretoria without even contacting me. I am livid with Skynets service and their lack of service. Joy just ended our call and I was put through to the Cape Town branch I spoke with Hazel who advised me to speak to Rubin he was the responsible person to make contact with me..No one ever made any contact from Skynet Cape Town or even Pretoria I was the one who had to get hold of the agents that was not very helpful at all. The client service from Skynet is pathetic and unprofessional.No one could tell me when I will receive the parcel.I am not paying any courier fees for my package again. I just want my package to be returned from Pretoria back to Cape town and for Skynet Cape town to get in contact with me..I have 2 more package that must still come via Skynet and I'm just worried that they will do the same not to make contact with me. Skynet worldwide service your service is pathetic I am so disappointed with the service. I provided my address to the agent Joy and he still confirm that it is correct and I will receive my package.I want my package to be delivered to my address asap.
