Pathetic skynet worldwide express!!!!

Renewed my licence disk on the 19th December 2024, no communication to date, I call my bank and I am told that Skynet has a backlog they are still clearing out, no waybill number allocated yet, I don’t even understand how this pathetic company still gets contracts from big institutions, try calling them at your own risk and hold for over an hour waiting for an agent to answer.
