Pathetic Services from skynet.

I app**** for a Contract with Vodacom, advised to be delivered to my work address, was contacted by Skynet advising that they should deliver on the 29th of November, that didn't happen , Was then told it will be delivered on the 3rd of December, No one came to deliver, I then received an SMS on the 15th of January (2 Months later) stating that my order was delivered, meanwhile I was still waiting for the delivery, upon tracking the order it kept showing Delivery failed. Such lies from skynet, This company is **** and deserves to be reported to ICASA, as they don't keep their promises, have rude customer care advisors and have pathetic and disgusting customer service.
