Pathetic *********** Services

Order # - ***A. I got an SMS to say the delivery will take place today by 5pm. I have not received my parcel. I also called skynet all day today only to find that their agents do not answer calls at all or you hold on for 30 minutes. or more. When one lady answered, she said she I should hold as she is calling the driver, she placed me on hold for a very long time and then cut the call on me and did not even return my call. Thereafter upto 5pm, there is no answer from any agents as they soo highly busy. This truly for me is such *********** services. I need to know when my phone will get delivered and if the driver can contact me. There are days I am at home and there are days I work from the office and skynet does not message you in advance as I am told they would need an ID copy. I sent them a WA, also received no reply. I send them an emailm they tell me they deliver until 5pm. I check the website, it does not give any meaningful information at all.
