Pathetic service, would not recommend

Skynet is probably the worst courier company ever!!

How is it possible that other courier companies can call/sms/whatsapp a customer to inform them they will be delivering a specific day, and/or let the customer know they are on the premises or they are struggling to allocate the premises.

Then you call skynet and they tell you, sorry they have over 200 parcels they can't call everyone. How does Buffalo and courier guy call but you can't???????? They tell you they marked the delivery for urgent and that's that. Then you wait another two days to just have to call back again and here the same excuse
