Pathetic service Skynet worldwide express Durban

My parcel has been out on Delivery since the 23 October 2025 till today and every evening they update Consignee not available.i have never received a call from them and today Sunday 26 October I get a message that my number is not at reach but it's the same number I'm getting message on. What pathetic service.i will never use your services again ..
