Pathetic service e-Natis and their courier company Skynet Worldwide Express

Good morning, I want to forewarn people who order their licence disca on the e-Natis online service that Skynet's service is really pathetic. I paid on 19 June 2024 for courier services for my disc to be delivered. Today is 27 June 2024 and I have NOT received by licence disc yet. Is this really worth paying for a courier service and their call centre assistants are terribly rude they always got something to badmouth you with. This is pathethic service.
