PATHETIC SERVICE, DISGUSTING !!!

What an absolute horrible experience Shocking and absolute lack of service Skynet!!! I received a msg today around 8:30am that my parcel will be delivered today ... guess what? no delivery, i called *** @ 15:30pm spoke to a lady made me hold for more than 10minutes then she came back and advised that cant get hold of driver had to ask for his alternative number and when she called alternative number it went to a different driver and she canst assist..... , Consultant waisted my airtime....like really what service is this???? ... tried contacting them they confirm via whatsapp that delivery was sign TO third party.... guess what??? when I checked after 5pm status of my parcel driver **** that i was not available but the whole DAY I was home even called chasing my parcel... no delivery .... not sure now if I will ever get my parcel.... Pathetic service!!! This is not my frist time experincing such nonsense with this company and i will take it further!! im fed up!!!
