Pathetic service delivery

I am still waiting for my licence. Tried calling the service provider on numerous occasions, to no avail. I got a message stating that it is out on delivery, with no further communication. When I managed to get through to an agent, she could apparently could not contact the driver, because his cell phone number is not listed. Pathetic service. Annoyed!
