Pathetic service

Shocking service, not contactable, bad attitude, and dishonest. Claimed that I refused delivery when in fact I didn't have the correct documents to take delivery. Why they require an ID book and proof of address is beyond me. Why can't they accept a drivers license as identification and what's the point of proof of address if it doesn't reflect the delivery address? I called to track the order. When I eventually got through the person heaping me told me that the parcel would be delivered the next day just after 8. At 14h00 I'm still waiting.
