Pathetic Service

I have renewed my vehicles licences through Capitec Bank and Skynet is there courier service, i have tried calling the following number *** for the last two days and no joy, the tracking number shows that they started the process on 01 February 2025 and it is already 05 Febraury 2025, is there frau d is this a **** with the Bank ?????, i have the right to my opinion as i have always used different courier companies without any hassle, why Capitec Bank uses Skynet makes me truly rethink whether i am banking at the right institution
