Pathetic Service by Skynetworldwide in South Africa

I had to re-order my parcel at Telkom because Skynet **** and said they delivered and I was not available despite the fact that No SMS nor call from the Driver or Skynet about the intended delivery. I also want to put on record that this is second time that I waited for the same order from Skynet and never received it. My initial order was on the 12 July 2025 and it was returned back to Telkom because who ever was supposed to deliver it never did. No call nor SMS from Skynet about the delivery of my order. Very pathetic service from this Company. Today is 6th August 2025 and I ma yet to received my order from Skynet on behalf of Telkom-SA.
