`PATHETIC SERVICE

Skynet is the worst courier company out there. I still have not received my parcel that they promised to deliver ages ago. Everyday its an excuse that the driver forgot to pick up my parcel. At this point I think they have lost my parcel.

Call me on *** . You guys have been giving me the run around and refuse to take responsibility. Every day its an excuse that your driver 'forgot' the parcel. I need my parcel today as you guys only stop delivering at 6pm. I will be waiting for my parcel.
