Pathetic service and Useless staff

My study material has been dispatched on the 26 Jan 2020. I still haven't received a call or delivery. On the tracker, the parcel was out on delivery. Yet, still no delivery. I have requested that the courier should contact me on my cellphone when at the security gate. A pathetic and unprofessional courier company. They forget that there are many competitors out there. Call the Durban branch and nobody seems to know anything. Absolutely useless staff.
