Pathetic Service and No Customer Service at all
What kids of Service is this from SkyNet? I tried the Live chat service however I get though to "Nthabiseng Mokwena" all this person does is greet then nothing over 30 minutes waiting for a response I get nothing.
I want to know why my package is sitting in " Elandsfontein" for the past few days, I've been told that it will be delivered to my latest 25/10/2023 however now I'm being told that it will only leave Elandsfontein on the 25/10/2023
Keeping my package for a week for no reason is insane, what kinds of service is this, I have never had to wait this long even for an update and never heard of a package just laying around inm a warehouse for no reason.
