Pathetic service

I got a call this morning at 9 from one of the delivery guys to inform me about my parcel and that he will be delivering it, I them told him to leave the parcel with the security at work as I am not at work he said he cannot. I left home and was at work by 10 o'clock I phoned him he then tell me a story that he will start at Springfield then drop of my item. Hours passed he started rejecting my calls I ended up leaving at 14:00 as I couldn't wait anymore.

He calls around 16:00 that he is dropping the parcel and leaving it with the same security that he initially said he couldn't

Service was very pathetic and the guy was just indifferent.
