Pathetic service 🙄 😒 😑

I renewed my licence disc on 29 November 2024. My licence disc is still stuck with SkyNet. I have been making endless phone call with no response for the past few weeks. I was lucky enough when Zoe finally answered my call about two weeks ago. It's been two weeks later and my package is still not delivered while my licence disc already expired.

I am spending more money, trying to get through to SkyNet by making endless phone calls than my initial delivery fees.

It would be better for SkyNet to close their doors and leave service delivery to a competent company.

Lodging endless complaints on the customer service email is of no use. The WhatsApp chat number services no purpose other than to gaslight.

The one star option is overrated.
