PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I ordered some items with Shein, and the parcel was supposed to have been delivered on 23/10/2025 and there was a message on the app, Skynet is saying that the driver delivered but there was no one at my placed, although there was someone the whole day on Friday. I called this morning, 27/10/2025 and I was told that the car broke last Friday and the driver was unable to deliver, but why the driver/Skynet is telling lies? and then when I checked the app this afternoon, there was a message again saying the driver came again and did not get anyone. My question is, why the driver is not calling when he doesn't get anyone at home? it's because there is nothing like that. The parcel was supposed to be delivered at Celtisdal in Centurion. What an inconvenience!
