Pathetic service

As I was about to write my review, I saw countless others who have experienced the frustrating service from skynet. Status on the system always saying consignee not found. More than a week later, still no parcel, call centre still saying they'll schedule the delivery, after which the status will still go back to consignee not found when there was no single trace of them having been in the address provided.
