Pathetic Service

They are intentionally delaying our orders by putting the form that is not communicating well with us on their website when we have to pay import duty fees. When you communicate with them on the matter. You don't get any feedback. And our parcels are delayed. They have my details from the sender, but in this so called clearance form you have to fill them again and sign when you have done it, it will continue saying fill the form. Such a pathetic service.
