Pathetic Service

The 1 star is purely so that I could actually write the review. Why do they bother to have a customer service line if the phone is never answered. That phone rings and rings to no end whether one selects option 4, which is supposed to be for premium customers or not. I have never encountered such pathetic customer service in my entire life, and all from a company that claims that our partnership matters 😤
