Pathetic service

<p>i have been waiting for my study material since it was dispatched on the 22 july to date.</p> <p>the updated on Skynet track and trace is not true. My company operates 24hrs and they have comments like driver late, my study material has been dispatched again on the 5 August and still not delivered. i have to submit my assignment next monday. Skynets service is pathetic. I am disgusted. i want my parcels TODAY.</p> <p>As i am talking to driver she shows no sense of emergency, she just said let me deliver this and come to you.</p>
