Pathetic service

My parents are still waiting for urgent package that was supposed to be delivered last week. All the numbers given to me or o ln the website DOES NOT EXISTST???? How is anyone supposed to get hold of you. No one responds email after email. It's just pathetic. Company takes the money bit no service!!! Come on skynet, get your ducks in a row!!!
