Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Got an sms that my package was out for delivery. We waited all day with nothing. Mind you this is an overnight package that my partner and i urgently need. We called Customer Service at 4.15PM and a lovely tracked and confirmed with the driver that he would deliver between 5PM and 5.15PM "he was just running late". Noone showed up, no attempt to call and at 5.31PM tracking updates to "consignee unavailable". How when you did not attempt to deliver. Why should we be promised overnight delivery if you cannot deliver? Such a shame!
