pathetic service

I'm just praying that i get my parcel and never had to deal with such a company. Paid my money same day i got a quote that was that was on the 17th to date im still waiting to receive my parcel. i communicate with a guy named Ravi who is based in Pietermaritzburg its a pity he is the depot manager he doesn't communicate or update neither did he respond to emails. Prices are high i got a quote from Time Freight their charges are even R100 less and im sure they give a better service. over and above their expensive service i wasted over R100 calling him calling and where the parcel needs to be collected. This is a pathetic service i wont recond it to anyone its a nightmare. Im praying that i receive my parcel. God help me . Depot manager with no customer care. if i don't call him i don't get any information i must make a follow up every day. This is so pathetic
