Pathetic service

<p>I was due to receive a parcel in PTA from JHB on 20 December. The parcel was sent by Skynet to Richards Bay instead. On enquiring on 21 Dec why it wasnt delivered, skynet realised they had made a mistake and sent the parcel back to PTA via Durban. I phoned again early morning on 23 December and was told that the parcel would be delivered on that day. By 5:30pm after waiting at home for my parcel the whole day I phoned again. After holding for 5 minutes on the 24 hr helpline and listening to how important my call was my call was answered and I was told to phone the PTA branch. The PTA branch however does not answer their phone at all even after holding on in excess of 20 mins (not a toll free number). I still dont have my parcel and all of it due to their incompetence. I cannot complain about poor service as there is a lack of service.</p>
