Pathetic service!

This is worst service ever!!! The drivers does not do there jobs, the telephone operators does not answer the phones, I have left 2 messages complaines on the website, no one gets back to you... I TOLD mercy I'm leaving 2pm today!!!! I need my parcel before 2pm, and Still nothing.. the drives is lying in forms and notices when you track a parcel that no one is at the address......LIER, I WAS IN THE SHOP AT THAT ADDRESS TILL 18.15 and he was not cl9se by, he did not even call. Seriously, and this is the customer service you are delivering and also pridly 20 times saynover your phone while you waist your rime waiting for someone to think of not dropping the calls after you are online waiting for 3 different times 30min each!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And still no parcel
