PATHETIC SERVICE! !!!

Skynet is the most *********** courier company,I'm waiting for my unisa study material that was dispatched on the 23 of January & up until today I've received nothing,it's been costing me time and money to sit on the phone every week with the same query and get told I'll get my delivery the next day. No one seems to bother about giving service in this company,does skynet want to do our assignments or write our exams for us? Is that why they sit with our study material? Their advertising states no one comes between us and our parcels,it's all a bunch of ****,skynet is pathetic!!!!!!
