Pathetic Service

These people are impossible to get hold off. They sitting with my package for 2 and half weeks and the portal has not been updated since the 9th of December 2024. Spend hours on the phone trying to get them to answer. Worst courier company ever. Don't understand how they still in Business. I wish someone as Skynet would respond.
