Pathetic service

Due to Skynets couriers not completing delivery and them not having successful with their own drivers my order at Vodacom has been canceled. The courier **** and said I refused delivery when it was reported multiple times that the driver was not contactable and they had no idea where my parcel was. I am now suffering the implications of cancellation by default due to the lies and pathetic service Skynet offers
