Pathetic service

I had a very frustrating experience with SkyNet Worldwide Express. Their communication and delivery updates are extremely poor.

My parcel status was updated to say that delivery was attempted and that no one was available at home, which is simply not true. Someone was available the entire time. It feels like this update was used as an excuse instead of actually attempting delivery.

Trying to contact them has been nearly impossible. They do not answer calls or respond to messages. I did receive a call from what seemed to be a driver, but the call was immediately cut before I could even speak.

Another issue is the lack of proper tracking updates. The system suddenly updates at around 4am saying the parcel is “out for delivery,” but there are no prior updates showing where the package was or its progress through the network. This makes the tracking unreliable and leaves customers completely in the dark.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. A courier company should at the very least provide accurate tracking and reachable customer service, which unfortunately was not the case here. I have not received my package. They are pathetic and no one should use them!!
