Pathetic, loses parcels and DGAF about clients

Worst courier company ever!!! I've been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. I called in and had to hold the line for 30minutes. The agent that finally picked up couldn't locate the parcel and had the audacity to hang up on me(this happened twice). I later found that someone in the warehouse captured the address incorrectly and now the parcel has been misdirected to ****** Mpumalanga! And everyone ( staff and management) are nonchalant about this matter. The level of incompetence is disgusting! Pathetic service for a "international" company! I would NOT recommend any business to partner up with Skynet!
