Pathetic inconvenience customer service

I`m really disappointed in the customer service of Skynet as the contact number for the Ops Leader at the CPT branch that rings for many minutes without even answering or getting a call back from the person. My son delivery was suppose to be last week and the drivers just wrote wrong address but when i called the call centre my call was answered after holding for 15 minutes, My address was confirmed by the consultant but to date no delivery took place. This company is really unprofessional in their conduct as no direct contact number to the CPT branch is available. Would really not recommend anyone to utilise them for business
