Pathetic driver

A lady driver, don't know her name. Instead of attempting delivery tomorrow as I was unavailable at the time she was here, she handed my package to my neighbor. Firstly, how do you just hand over a parcel with no care. Secondly, absolutely rude driver questioning me where I am, she was outside so long etc she gave the parcel to a neighbor, etc Such a rude women. Some people deserve a job, some people don't appreciate their job. I wish I had her name. I hope this review will get her reprimanded.
