Pathetic delivery service

<p>The delivery service is ridiculously bad. An item was being delivered to me through Skynet so I was tracking and it said it was out for delivery. I waited whole day at home for the parcel only for nothing to arrive. When I checked the delivery status it said consignee not available. It's the 3rd time this has happened. The delivery guys don't call or it seems in this case they just don't go around and are too lazy to make the delivery. I struggle to get hold of the customer care and when I eventually do I get told I can contact a manager because there is nothing they can do. </p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously a pathetic company</p>
