Pathetic customer service and rude staff

I've had the most disappointing and utterly disgusting customer service from Skynet my package was supposed to be delivered a week ago it shows they received it 18/01/2019 from joburg to Cape Town every day their drivers check out my package for deliveries and never come deliver it where they supposed to, I’ve called contact center many times and given Ashwil” fleet manager “that never answers call to top that off one of the drivers I called trying to find out what the issue was with the delivery was unbelievably so rude I don’t how skynet I still operating with such disgusting service and disprespect towards their customers i still haven’t received my package and one of the people from their Cape Town branch called me to assure me I’ll get you package last week Thursday.im beyond ****ed with how this has been handled
