PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company do not deliver in time and don't call you back. I wasted more than an Hour on telephone more on their Please stay on the line your call is important to us useless customer service. Herewith the official email I send them as well as their Client (Capitec through whom I purchased my vehicle license) :

I personally think you are the worst courier company. I wait for a package, (waybill no: ***) and it was out for delivery on Thursday 05/09 but did not got delivered.

I personally phoned your offices on Friday 06/09 and after holding on for more than half an hour, I was promised a call back to resolve my complaint. Up to today 09/09 15:00 nobody phoned me back.

Again, this morning 09/09, the tracking application shows out for delivery and at 15:06 it was still not delivered.

This is important documentation required to drive my vehicle as the old license has been expired. In the meantime, I lose income as my vehicle are not allowed on the road.

I of the intention to send this message to Capitec, your client, to inform them about this pathetic service as well as log an official complaint on HelloPeter.

Again, today I held on for more than 13 minutes without any satisfaction.
