Pathetic courier services

Tragic!

It has been weeks since my order was handed over to skynet, and all I get is the same tracking status: “Your order remains in active transit”

Not the first time that I had this issue with Skynet, so I usually try to avoid them, but in this instance I had no other choice as they are one of the default couriers for Shein. Tried calling customer services, but you are left hanging and waiting for a representative to assist you. If you have the choice to not use Skynet, please do so.
