Pathetic company

I have been waiting for them to deliver my parcel from Temu since 14 April when it went out for delivery. It is now 17 April and my parcel has still not been delivered. When I phone them I am caller number 60 something in the queue. They give you the option for them to call you back, but they NEVER do. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from a courier company. They need to be closed down!! Absolutely useless.
