PATHETIC COMPANY

December the 11th I received a notification that my parcel has arrived in SA. Wednesday 17th got an SMS and email saying I will get my parcel to date I have not received anything ... Your driver does not communicate I must keep calling SKYNET and hold for hours on end to get the same feedback that my parcel is out on delivery , this is rather frustrating and exhausting calling with no concrete answer , on Friday I spoke to a guy that said he will make sure I get my delivery on Friday the 19th and nothing ... Today 22nd I spoke to Nokukhanya and she told me the same thing she even went to the lengths of telling me that they had changed drivers, it is 23rd December 2025 and NO parcel No communication from anyone ... this is rather disheartening and leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth .In future SHEIN DO NOT use SKYNET for any of my orders , they are extremally useless .......
