Pathetic call centre and service delivery

<p>It cannot be this difficult to arrange for delivery at a specific date and time. I called the call centre and was told to call elandsfontein. Spoke to Elliot ********** who promised to call back regarding dispatch on 2 separate occassions and didn't. Did not answer and cut calls when I tried to call back. Eventually spoke to Candy at Call Centre who was helpful but gave the wrong number for the driver with my waybill. Now I cannot make arrangements with the driver so that somebody is available to accept delivery.</p>
