Pathetic beyond compare.

Not by choice but I was expecting a package to be delivered from Telkom that makes use of Sky Net. Sky Net does not contact the person that needs to take delivery, to arrange time or date. When the package is with the courier he arrives well after the office is closed and does not even apologise. When you contact the customer care number NO ONE and I mean no one answers. I sat holding on for 30min, on more than 4 occasions, to which the automation that tells you " Your call is very important to us please hold" then says "Press 0 to leave a message", to which pressing 0 puts the phone down. When you try What's App them you never get a reply, this applies to the info email address as well as the web site enquiry pop up page.
