pathetic, appalling service from Gerhard Van Rensburg from SkyNET

The incompetence and utter disrespect meted out by the guys at SkyNey is pathetic, to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!! Gerhard Van Rensburg , you can really do better hey! The inconvenience caused by your mistake and reluctance to solve the issue has an unpleasant impact om people. I ordered a bluetooth online last week on Monday as this was supposed tio have been delivered before this weekened as a birthday gift for someone, but these guys chose to then send the package to my work address after explicit instructions to send it to my home address were given. Gerhard even confirmed delivery for Wednesday at my home address. Now, i have to then make an unscheduled visit to the office to collect a package i had strictly advised to be delivered at home. The amount of money wasted on petrol, etc was unnecessary as this copuld have been easily handled. No apology or anything from Gerhard, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely appaled by the manner in which this matter, which was entirely not my fault, was handled.
