Pathetic and useless service from skynet

Pathetic service

Parcel was out for delivery at 5am in the morning and i just received an sms saying they are not able to deliver without stating any reasons. What in a hell is this?????? On their website it says failed delivery. I can't fathom why these big brands use this useless platform. I swear i'm no longer purchasing any contracts online.
