Pathetic and useless service and customer care

Most pathetic service and customer care help in South Africa, I tried calling 4 times today, did not get through to any agent, waited on the call close to 10 minutes each time, getting a sms for the past 4 days saying my order is out for delivery but still no delivery and no one has contacted me. Got through to a call center agent yesterday in the afternoon who advised the driver would deliver before 5pm but no one did and no one contacted me.
