Worst company Ive ever dealt with when it comes to couriers. Rather just avoid at all costs. Be warned that if you purchase a phone through the SAMSUNG store app, this is the courrier they make use of.

You will cry and you will be sorely disappointed. Its an absolute farce of a company and a reputable businesses should stop making use of them.
