PATHETIC AND DISAPPOINTING (NO)SERVICE

Pathetic service delivery. My package has been with them from the 11 December. First they were delivering at the wrong address even though I requested a Pargo delivery and then no delivery at all. Last Wednesday I was promised by a lady named Marion that my package will be delivered either last Friday but nothing so I called on Saturday and she promised a premium delivery, I could not go anyway or do anything as I was waiting for this delivery but nothing. I tried calling Marion no answer or response to my sms.

This is a Christmas gift that I wanted to gift my daughter before going on holiday but I could not do either because of this terrible service.

I placed do many online orders and all the courier companies that were used were competent and delivered as promised.
