Pathetic and careless service

So, I'm expecting delivery from Voda through this guys and they disappointed. Yesterday I made a follow up and they said my parcel is out for delivery and I should expect it by 4pm the latest. I waited and waited. This morning I made another follow up and the agent said they have an incorrect address on their system(HOW DO THEY KNOW THAT IF THEY DIDN'T ASK ME YESTERDAY AND THEY WERE SO SURE???). He also mentioned that they were at my place but they couldn't get hold of me because they have an incorrect contact number(HOW DID THEY GET AN INCORRECT NUMBER FROM MY SERVICE PROVIDER WHO PROVIDES THEY VERY SAME NUMBER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME ON??) Mind you I called them this morning at 8 but they said they can't deliver my parcel which they said was at their Pretoria branch. I'm staying in Pretoria. The sales person who assisted me called and sounded so happy that I received my parcel finally. He was surprised when I said no and he confirmed the delivery details provided to skynet, which were correct. On his side their system shows that I received the delivery this morning around 8. I'm still waiting!!! Pathetic service!!
