Pathetic
Unacceptable, not even poor service. Awaiting a Shein package that was supposed to be delivered by Skynet almost 3 weeks ago. Calling numerous times and no answer. Don't respond to emails. I thought Buffalo was bad but this is ridiculous. The reviews on their page must be self made...
