PATHETIC!!

Dear Skynet, I am honestly shocked at how you messed up a simple task? A parcel from Bonaero Park (Benoni) - (DIRCO department of international relations) (Pretoria) a whole 33 mins apart from one another. It has now been delivered to some random person in Pietermaritzburg after telling the operators on Tuesday 02/05/23 that this is VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS THAT I WAITED 6 MONTHS FOR! when the parcel should’ve been in Pretoria but apparently the address was bad which Thandeka then said it needs to be rerouted? Which was then rerouted to PMB????!!! Again today on the phone with Zanele and Mesi all trying to find one another and get me and answer but zero at all? Utter useless service I must say as that’s honestly such a simple thing. If there was half a star rating, that’s what would’ve actually been chosen!! Pathetic how this has happened!
